From an Idea to a Company
My husband and I started Pearl Locker Systems in 2022 to design and build a beachfront service product that we have been imagining for almost 20 years. The advances in locker software technology and building materials make this an optimal time to move from design to market.
We believe our lockers will be a win-win for beach residents and visitors, local governments, and property owners — and we intend to eventually operate all along the East Coast. At present, this service product does not appear to exist anywhere in the world.

Looking for Our First Partner
We're looking for a pilot location to begin operating on a small scale in order to see how the market responds and make any design changes that may come about with product usage.
Small-Volume Pilot
A vendor agreement to deploy 18–24 lockers at a single beach location, validating the concept in a real-world setting.
Expanded Operations
Scale to 50–100+ lockers with a larger volume agreement, informed by experiences from the pilot season.
